Shane Lee is the General Manager of TCL Design Innovation Center. With previous leadership roles at Alcatel, Motorola, Google, and Samsung, he brings extensive experience in global product and industrial design. Since founding TCL Design Innovation Center in 2020, he has led TCL's AI-driven design strategy, premium design transformation, and strategic collaboration with Bang & Olufsen. Shane is also a juror for the Golden Pin Design Award and the iF Design Award, and has led teams to win more than 150 international design awards, including iF, Red Dot, IDEA, and G-Mark.
