Jonathan Blutinger

Jonathan Blutinger is a Senior Design Engineer at Smart Design, where he develops software-enabled products for the home. With a PhD from Columbia Engineering, Jonathan has spent the last decade pioneering digital cooking technologies in an academic, commercial, and government setting. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed articles in npj Science of Food (Nature Portfolio) and other scientific journals, and has been featured by BBC, CNN, WIRED, The Guardian, and Axios.
