Dr. Stefan Breit

Stefan Breit was born in 1967. He studied mechanical engineering (specialising in production engineering) at RWTH Aachen University and obtained his doctorate in engineering. He began his industrial career in 1999 at Kostal, an electronics and mechatronics specialist in Lüdenscheid, where Stefan Breit most recently headed the tool and equipment manufacturing division. He joined Miele at the Bielefeld factory in 2007. Here, he took over the responsibility of the domestic dishwasher area a year later and became plant manager in 2009. In 2015, Stefan Breit moved to the Gütersloh factory in the same role. He then took on the role of Managing Director of Technology. Stefan Breit has been Executive Director Technology at the Miele Group since 1 December 2016.
