Svenja Brunckhorst is a former German national basketball player and an Olympic champion in 3x3 basketball. Following her playing career, she moved into a management role at ALBA BERLIN Basketballteam e.V. and is dedicated to advancing
girls' and women's basketball. As a manager, she develops concepts and structures to foster female talent, advocates for equal opportunity and inclusion in sports, and works towards the sustainable development of women's basketball in Germany.
