Tobias Grote

Tobias Grote is Founder and CEO of terraalpine AG, a Switzerland-based consultancy. Prior to founding terraalpine, he served as a member of the executive management team at Liebherr Appliances, including roles as Head of Sales Germany and Head of Sales International Markets.

His focus is on the strategic design of market, brand and distribution systems in a business environment where digital platforms, AI-driven information systems and new forms of customer interaction are fundamentally reshaping demand creation and purchase decisions. He brings together the perspectives of manufacturers, retailers and consumers across digital and physical channels, translating market change into sustainable strategies for growth, distribution and brand leadership.

Tobias holds a Master’s degree in Business & Economics and an Executive MBA in Digital Transformation.
