Divina Machina
Divina Machina is a creative direction and artificial intelligence studio founded by Cris Olmedo, based in Vigo and Barcelona, and part of the Qs Ventures ecosystem.
All technology is an extension of the human. Writing extends memory. Artificial intelligence extends the way we imagine. We don't produce technology: we decide what deserves to be made bigger.
Humanity has always invented technologies in order to gather. Fire. The table. Writing. Cinema. The internet. And now artificial intelligence. They all tell the same story: a species that builds tools to find one another. That is our trade.
People ask what we are and we say a design studio. But design isn't our destination, it's our language. We build voice agents with purpose, personality and business logic. We create artistic and immersive installations for museums, brands and spaces that want to move people for real. We direct AI projects end to end, bringing strategy, narrative and technology together. And we work with leaders and teams to help them find their own relationship with technology — starting from discomfort rather than fear. We don't teach tools: we change the disposition.
We have no interest in amplifying noise or speed. We want to amplify imagination, memory, hospitality and conversation. The possibility of building bonds that outlive the moment.
Vidiv (Visual MS) is our technology partner and the sponsor of our presence at IFA 2026: their conversational voice platform powers the agents inside our installations. We are also a creative partner of ElevenLabs.
Our work has travelled through Milan Design Week, Sónar+D and Chile Diseño, and has appeared in Forbes Italia, Designboom, La Vanguardia, El Faro de Vigo, El País, RTVE, Instituto Cervantes, Domus Italia and TV3, among others. But what we do best tends to happen in the commissions that fit no category at all.
We don't make objects or images. We design the conditions that keep encounter possible.

Sessions
In collaboration with Divina Machina
It runs on a low-latency speech pipeline layered with a scripted narrative system. The piece explores how voice interfaces can carry character rather than commands — and what a machine chooses to remember about the people it meets.
