Cris Olmedo is a Chilean designer and creative technologist working across product, AI and culture. He is part of Grupo VisualMS, working across ReservaEntradas and Vidiv, and is the founder of Divina Machina, an experimental practice exploring new forms of storytelling and creation.
His work has been presented at Milan Design Week and Sónar+D and has received the Chile Diseño Design Award. Through voice, physical interfaces, visual culture and filmmaking, he explores the idea of a new creative renaissance shaped by technology.

What happens when we stop treating AI agents simply as tools and start designing them as characters?
Through projects such as GAIA and 2147, Cris Olmedo explores how AI can be used to create agents with personality, backstory, voice, memory and a world to inhabit. The talk looks at how character design, conversational AI, visual storytelling, physical installations and filmmaking can come together to build coherent fictional universes and experiences people can genuinely connect with.
