Marcus Soo is the Chief Executive Officer of Actxa, a preventive health technology company focused on building the intelligence layer for proactive healthcare.

With over 28 years of experience across software engineering, hardware development, product management, global commercialisation, strategic partnerships and wearable technology, he has played a key role in shaping technology platforms that bridge innovation and real-world impact. 

Under his leadership, Actxa has supported national level health innitiatives and enabled the deployment of more than 2.2 million wearable devices. The company is now advancing the next phase of preventive healthcare through digital biomarkers, wearable sensing and AI-powered health analytics.

A strong advocate for the shift from episodic diagnosis to continuous prevention, he believes the future of healthcare lies in identifying risks earlier, personalising internventions and empowering individuals with actional insights before small health concerns become bigger problems. 

Through innovations such as BGEM, Actxa's clinically backed, non-invasive blood glucose evaluation and monitoring technology, he continues to drive the company's mission to make preventive health more accessible, scalable and actionable.
