Rosanne completed a BA in Public Administration, majoring in economics in the University of Limerick. She then completed an Applied Diploma in Project Management with the Association of Project Management at University College Cork. Throughout her career she pursued professional industry exams i.e. Accounting Technicians Ireland (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), and is a Qualified Financial Advisor (Institute of Bankers Ireland).
After starting with Perpetual, one of Australia’s largest wealth managers, she moved home to Ireland to oversee the opening of their global equity branches in Dublin and London.
In Davy, Ireland’s leading financial services firm, she worked in portfolio management. Because of her project management background, Rosanne was requested to work on specialised projects such as company acquisitions. On acquisition of Prescient (formerly AIBIM), she coordinated and integrated clients, people and processes into Davy’s existing structures; and was awarded an ‘A’ rating from external auditors. She was seconded to work on further acquisitions, GCC, PFC, Square Seven and Danske Bank deemed more complex due to their Northern Ireland jurisdiction meaning two national regulators (Irish Central Bank and UK’s FSA) were required to audit and approve. Rosanne managed the Client Data Team with responsibility for data integrity and delivery of 50,000 clients. She successfully implemented MiFID, Anti-Money Laundering, Know-Your-Client regulation across business documentation with no breaches, fines or penalties.
In her most recent senior management role, COO of Davy Wealth Management Division (280 staff), she was responsible for strategy development, implementation and business systems improvement. The nature of this role required collaboration from all departments across the business including Compliance, Risk, IT, Portfolio Construction and Marketing.
Since becoming CEO of Coroflo, Rosanne has led multiple funding rounds. Coroflo has been backed by high net worth angel investors, the Irish taxpayer by way of Enterprise Ireland and the European Innovation Council.
Now, after having led years of deeptech R&D, clinical studies and technology and user validation, Coro will launch to the European market in December 2025.
Rosanne’s leadership in FemTech and as a female founder has been recognised with numerous high profile awards and speaking engagements, most recently as Irish Tatler Women of the Year for Innovation Award, alongside her co-founder Dr Helen Barry.
Her interviews have also been published in numerous global publications including Forbes, the Guardian, The Times and also featured in the Vagina Business: The Innovative Breakthroughs That Could Change Everything in Women's Health by award winning journalist Marina Gerner.
