Karine has found the perfect work-life balance for herself. She loves computer science and, as Head of Product & AI Solutions at DASHDOCK, has developed pioneering AI-powered retail software.<br />She studied law and business informatics and conducts research at the ifid Institute into human-AI interaction, AI governance and cognitive science. She is a lecturer in AI & Data Science and is involved in establishing and further developing IT degree programmes at a private university. In her spare time, she enjoys playing chess and ‘Powerwash Simulator’ on her Xbox.<br /><br />
