IFA has always been a place where the technology industry comes together to imagine what’s next. This year, I felt something bigger: a sense that we are entering a new era, where AI is becoming part of how people live, create, and experience the world around them. What inspired me most was seeing that possibility come to life across the ecosystem, and ultimately in the hands of the people and businesses who will experience it firsthand. The real power of technology has never been simply what we can build, but what it enables people to dream, create, and achieve. That is what makes this moment so exciting, and I believe we are only beginning to see how far human imagination can take us.
For consumer electronics retailers, IFA is the central meeting point for identifying trends, evaluating innovations, and fostering industry exchange. Through our specialist retail concepts - electroplus and küchenplus - we strengthen the competitiveness and future viability of independent retailers. Especially in a dynamic market environment, attractive product ranges, expert advice, and excellent service are crucial success factors. IFA brings together all the key players who drive us and our retail partners forward.
For Kärcher, IFA was once again a complete success and the ideal platform for exchange with experts, partners, and customers. The positive response to our innovations was clearly evident at the booth. The focus was, amongst others things, on our new RVF 5 Comfort robotic vacuum cleaner and robot mop, which combines a rotating wet-cleaning roller with a tangle-free main brush. Other highlights included the ultra-flexible vacuum mops FCV 5 and 6 Agile, as well as the SE 2 Spot ActiveHeat, our first hot-water spray extraction cleaner. I am particularly pleased about the valuable conversations and the great enthusiasm!
