Bringing together technology leaders, partners and consumers, IFA is an important platform for shaping that conversation, and for showing how innovation can create a more intelligent, human experience.
Following our strong showing last year, we are delighted to be part of IFA again this year and to welcome many existing and new partners from the specialist retail sector to the Retail Innovation Zone. In terms of key themes, alongside our new product, ‘Komplettschutz 2027’, we are particularly focused on the right to repair, which – alongside AI – will play a central role at IFA this year. We are therefore very much looking forward to this trade fair and hope that it will be just as successful for all participants as it was last year, and that it will once again maintain its status as the leading trade fair for specialist retailers and customers alike.
The strong response at IFA 2026 demonstrated that a new generation, in particular, expects mobility to be connected, intuitive and seamlessly integrated into everyday life. With the ID. Polo and the ID. Cross, we were able to bring to life how Volkswagen develops technology that creates real value for people. This combination of innovation, usability and everyday relevance will continue to shape the future of our brand.
