Emanuel Stanoiu is Founders Associate at MAGNOTHERM, the Darmstadt-based deep-tech company building refrigerant-free magnetic cooling. Working directly with the founders since 2024, he focuses on fundraising and intellectual property, from the company's Series A and grant applications to its growing patent portfolio. Before joining MAGNOTHERM, he spent 1.5 years in controlling at Friedhelm Loh Group, where he also completed his dual studies at Rittal.
